HAVE A BLESSED NEW YEAR

 HAVE A BLESSED NEW YEAR

Let’s ring out the old and ring in the new.

It’s time to step out of the familiar shoe.

2023 was great but it’s time to move on.

In 2024 there’s lots more to be done.

*

Let each day count in the New Year.

Start each day with a fervent prayer.

Formulate a plan and leave no room for regrets.

Make new memories that you’ll never forget.

*

Don’t allow discouragement to drown your dreams.

Stick to your New Year's resolutions by all means.

It may seem that life is slowly ebbing away.

Make the effort and remember hard work always pays.

Happy New Year to all my Readers

Happy New Year, Dear Readers.

I do hope that you had a wonderful Christmas holiday and that you're ready to start the New Year with renewed zeal and energy.

I am recovering from a season of adventure myself.

I stayed in my own country, but I entertained visitors from abroad.

That meant travelling throughout the island of Trinidad with them and catering to their needs.

I enjoyed it tremendously, as I got an opportunity to visit fabulous places that have been upgraded since my last visit.

As we begin a New Year, I need your ideas on the type of blog posts you want to read/

Please comment and let me know because I want to make it my mission to keep my readers happy.

Until my next post, have a blessed week.

2020 GOES AWAY WITH A BANG

A New Year will soon dawn upon us.
We’re still haunted by Coronavirus.
But let's not allow it to rule our lives.
Let’s take precautions and be wise.
*
My Happy New Year dream for you,
Is for a year filled with joy so true.
Where life is peaceful and free from stress,
And what one wants, one always gets.
*
I wish for you a year you can cherish,
With great memories, you’ll forever relish,
A life filled with bright expectancies.
Happiness galore, and pure ecstasy.
*
Let’s send out 2020 with a bang.
Some say sentence 2020 to hang.
There were too many unnecessary deaths.
It’s time to bring back Old Year’s fetes.
*
As writers, let us continue to use our pens,
To write about things of relevance.
Bring out the fireworks, let’s celebrate.
And welcome 2021 with hope and faith.
