TREASURED MEMORIES WILL MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE EVERY READER

TREASURED MEMORIES  WILL MOTIVATE AND INSPIRE EVERY READER

TREASURED MEMORIES by award-winning, multi-genre author Brenda Mohammed, is an exceptional book of poetry travel adventures, and memorable events, that will inspire and motivate every reader to achieve more in their lives.
The author writes about her travels, marriage, the birth of her children, and the many successes in the lives of her family.
The poems are all positive and motivational.
As stated by Alem Hailu of the Ethiopian Herald in a recent interview with the author, “To uplift the mood of the bedridden, whose life despair has eclipsed, and to enthuse emerging authors they could climb to an ivory tower, even dragging their last leg from a morass with perseverance, there could be no better example than the footpath of internationally-published-renowned-author-poet Brenda Mohammed.”
The background of the cover for TREASURED MEMORIES is the beautiful city of Venice in Italy, which the author visited a few years ago., and is the setting for Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet play. The cover has snippets of Rome and the Leaning Tower of Pisa that she visited too. Here is a poem on Venice which is one of the poems in the book. VENICE From Florence, we took the Eurostar to Venice in the Adriatic Sea. With no roads, travelled in a waterbus from the train station to hotel and did see. Lining the banks of the Grand Canal were gothic palaces, gardens, and bridges. After disembarking the water bus, walked to our hotel with our suitcases. The sublime capital of revelry, intrigue, and romance, had a magical atmosphere. Known as the 'City of Canals,’ it’s famous for gondola rides and carnival affairs. Helpful hotel staff booked us on a water taxi, To take us on a grand tour of the Murano Glass Factory. We saw how jewelry, chandeliers, and glass products were made. The meals in Venice are delicious and all fish-based. The ‘City of Love, was the setting for Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet play. I hope to return to Venice again some day. Copyright@Brenda Mohammed
