Poems Against Domestic Violence are featured in this special publication, which is a follow-up to our first No 1 Bestseller, ‘Break the Silence,’ published in March 2020. This is a wonderful group of poets who consciously raise their voices against domestic violence. and who work for the cause in other public/help groups.
The defiant cries of the victims, battered self-respect, scars, and maligned tones add up to a ‘caged bird’ existence for a woman who desperately needs help. Here voices are heard!
The Cover Page Design and Artwork were done by Mary L. Schmidt, award-winning author, whose interview is featured in this book.
I thank Mary L. Schmidt for giving me the opportunity to interview her as an International Award-Winning Author in the HTWFS forum in the month of May 2021.
The stirring Foreword was written by Brenda Mohammed, and the detailed Introduction was done by Florabelle Lutchman, who also assisted in editing the publication.
